It’s great to meet you.

I know what it’s like to love what you do and hate how your workplace makes you feel.

I worked 60-hour weeks in higher education roles that required Master’s degrees and years of experience but offered no health insurance, job stability, or livable wages. Years of dehumanization left me so wounded and exhausted that I struggled to figure out a new direction or apply to jobs. All the “No’s” after months-long interview processes felt personal. A rejection of me.

Fortunately, I also know what it’s like to say, “That’s enough.” To realize it’s not a lack of skill or effort that holds people back—but working systems designed to degrade, isolate, and exhaust so we keep providing exceptional work at the lowest price.

For ourselves, our communities, and our future, I believe we can do better.

My career counseling approach begins with the belief that you already have what you need to find meaningful work. You just need a supportive environment, self-understanding, and tools to help you heal and soar. I also believe you are the authority of your experience—not me. Like yours, my career journey is still unfolding. I learn as much from you as you learn from me. I hope our coaching relationship not only helps you navigate the anguish and uncertainty I’ve faced, but offers a kinder, more ethical model of how “business” can look.

Whatever you’re facing, let’s flow with it. Together.

"Jenny is quite remarkable. I am a mental health counselor in private practice and I tapped Jenny to increase my software proficiency. Her fantastic instructional ability met me at my level and she also helped me understand how AI can assist me in my profession. The best part is that Jenny really seemed to enjoy helping!"
