Use of Services

By engaging with the coaching, consulting, courses, or other services offered on this Site, you agree to the following:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information as requested for participation in any services. Jennifer Zang Lake is not liable for outcomes resulting from clients sharing or not providing inaccurate or incomplete information, or not updating information over the course of the coaching relationship.

All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

Coaching services are not a substitute for mental health counseling or therapy. While Jenny Z. Lake: Career Counseling, Coaching & Consulting may employ licensed professionals, any services provided are within the professional scope of coaching and consulting. Please see Coaching Agreement for more detailed information.

You agree not to misuse services or disrupt the Site’s functionality. This includes unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or interference with Site operations.

Payments for services, if applicable, are due as outlined during the booking or registration process. Refund and cancellation policies will be provided prior to purchase or enrollment.

Jenny Z. Lake: Career Counseling, Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone who violates these Terms or acts inappropriately during sessions or correspondence.
